Business Development Representative (BDR) – Join a Fast-Growing Talent Agency! OTE: $10,000 – $15,000/month | Uncapped Commission | $1500 per deal Who We Are Sociable Society Talent! We represent professionals the way sports agents represent athletes—fighting for their success, negotiating big opportunities, and connecting them with organizations that need elite talent. Now we’re looking for a hungry, driven, high-energy Business Development Rep who’s ready to break into the world of talent representation. What You’ll Do Prospect and reach out to decision-makers every day. Book 6 qualified appointments per week with business leaders. Build relationships and keep your pipeline full. Work directly with senior agents to learn the ropes. Push yourself, hit your goals, and get rewarded BIG. What You Get $200 weekly draw against commission (paid bi-weekly).
