team. Turf Distributors In-Store Sales Representative Turf
Distributor, the leading landscape artificial grass supplier, is
seeking talented sales representatives to sell TD and AGR products
to their customers. We look for individuals who can quickly build
trust and rapport, sell consultatively, and drive top results to
fuel our dynamic growth. Responsibilities: Greet and engage
customers, providing exceptional in-store service. Sell liquidated
and recycled turf through a full sales cycle—from prospecting and
scheduling appointments to product demonstrations, invoicing, and
closing sales. Generate and develop new client relationships
through social media, cold calls, online leads, referrals, and
other creative marketing efforts. Follow up consistently on leads,
contacts, and sales activity to ensure customer satisfaction and
long-term client relationships. Demonstrate thorough product and
inventory knowledge, staying current on all offerings to serve our
customers. Track and maintain leads, contacts, and sales activity
in the CRM while meeting assigned monthly sales goals and weekly
productivity metrics. Develop and execute a daily action plan to
achieve personal and team sales targets. Qualifications: Strong
drive, ambition, and self-discipline, with the ability to thrive in
a goal-oriented environment. Team-first mindset with accountability
and a healthy sense of competition. Positive, empathetic, and
creative approach to customer interactions. Proven communication
skills—strong writing, speaking, and interpersonal abilities.
Customer service focus and ability to provide an excellent in-store
experience. Ability to process sales transactions accurately and
handle money responsibly. Flexible schedule with open availability
Monday–Saturday to meet business needs. Reliable transportation.
Preferred Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Two or more
years of inside/outside sales or customer service experience.
Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding customer
expectations. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. What We Offer:
