The Internet Sales Coordinator will Serve as the first contact for prospective home buyers and provide a fantastic customer experience through email, live chat, and phone calls Educate internet customers on current/future community and product offerings Qualify buyers based on desired location, timing for purchase, and availability of new homes Convert internet customer traffic by creating the desire for them to visit the new home sales office and salesperson in person Follow up with internet leads as needed and distribute electronic marketing collateral Create and effectively manage an internet customer database ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in the homebuilding industry High school diploma or GED Valid California Real Estate Salesperson's License Intermediate computer and internet skills Effective writing, interpersonal, and communication skills A team player attitude with a commitment to self-development of sales and internet skills You'll receive Competitive compensation Health insurance Home purchase policy Paid time office Retirement planning Mortgage & title discounts Well-being max_ Please submit your resume for consideration! _ -_JWilliams Staffing, Inc.
