JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Development Representative, Enterprise
Accounts ARCs Enterprise Sales division is seeking a self-starting,
energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our inside
sales team. We are looking for an individual who likes talking to
people, who has unwavering perseverance, who thrives on challenges,
and who thrives in a winning environment. The SDR will prospect for
and with cold and warm leads to generate meetings for our
Enterprise-Level sales team. The SDR will report to the EVP of
Enterprise Accounts. The Global Services Sales Development
Representative ideally works out of the ARC San Ramon, CA office or
in one of our 150+ service centers across the US. The primary
responsibility of the SDR is to bring new customers supporting the
sales activities of global sales team and customers. ARC Document
Solutions is a digital printing company. We provide digital
printing and document-related services to customers in a growing
variety of industries.ARC specializes in Digital Graphics, Digital
printing, visual communications, and digital document imaging using
our global footprint of Digital production centers. ARC is publicly
owned (NYSE ARC) with a staff strength of 1,500 employees. Our
services are widely used by several key business verticals and our
potential to grow is tremendous. The Global Services team brings
our solutions to Medium and Large enterprises that have multiple
offices in North America. ARCs software and technology services
strengthen the service offering by creating higher efficiencies and
reducing the operating expenses of our customers. These are some of
the exciting things you get to do:Create new leads from cold
contacts, through email campaigns, phone, and social mediaRespond
to inbound marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other
marketing-generated leadsConvert leads generated from internal
sources, such as the website, tradeshows, webinars 3rd party
content syndication, and email campaigns into meetings and
relationshipsContact internal ARC partners to inform them about
enterprise strategy and utilization of company contacts Develop and
maintain daily plans to maximize high-volume phone time (30+ calls
per day), including pre-call planning, adhering to metrics, and
customizing scripts to market segments and prospect typesConduct
conversations with prospects in a consultative way; comfortable
managing and overcoming objectionsThe primary goal is to set
qualified meetings for thesales team leader with a goal of setting
at least 10 meetings per monthEffectively work in the HubSpot CRM
to document prospect interaction, ensure efficient lead management,
and maintain accurate information in HubSpot CRM per company
policiesExcels in time management and prioritizing
leadsConsistently achieve personal targets (monthly and quarterly)
and works well with the regional sales teamAccepts feedback and
training to continue to improve and developBe entrepreneurial, look
for new ways to succeed, and drive more meetingsThese are our
expectations of you:You have at least 1 year of telephone sales
experience in a hunter role, preferably in the Print or Managed
Print industry;You will work hard and work smart to achieve your
goals;You will proactively seek the help/advice of your management
team, and bring challenges and roadblocks to our attention
promptly;You will be open, honest, and direct in your
communications;You will be an excellent member of our team by
collaborating with all, helping others when you can;You will be
