Job Description:
NOW SEEKING FULL TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
IMMEDIATELY!Position is currently work from home due to Covid-19
with no set return to office date at this time. Description:This
position is will be the first line of answering calls from
customers. - Customer Service position handling inbound and
outbound calls. - Obtains client information by answering telephone
calls and verifying information.- Determines eligibility by
comparing client information to requirements.- Establishes policies
by entering client information; confirming pricing.- Informs
clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing
information.- Maintains communication equipment by reporting
problems.- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to
standards and guidelines; recommending improved
procedures.Skills:Customer Service, Call Center, Ms Office,
escalationsAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 1-2 years of
Customer Service. Proficiency in MS Word & Excel Ability to type 30
