NETWORK CONSULTANT - CONSULTING - MELBOURNE
Cisco R&S - AWS Cloud - IaC - Palo Alto - Upskill into Cybersecurity
This is a great opportunity for a junior to mid-level network engineer with ambitions to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing global consultancy. You will work with industry-leading technologies to optimize and secure complex network infrastructures for high-profile enterprise clients.
This company provides the opportunity to bridge traditional networking and upskill into modern cloud, IaC, network & cybersecurity technologies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot Cisco routers & switches (e.g., BGP, OSPF) ideally at CCNP level.
  
• Understand and develop an interest in AWS cloud networking, including VPC, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute.
  
• Configure and implement Palo Alto firewalls.
  
• Experience with Checkpoint firewalls is beneficial but not essential.
  
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to integrate secure networking practices.
  
• Provide face-to-face solutions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
