JOB SUMMARY:Atlas Lift Tech, Inc. is a mobility solutions
provider. Our solution integrates evidence-based best practices in
high-risk Hospital Acquired Pressure Injury (HAPI), patient falls
and Safe Patient Handling and Mobility (SPHM) activities. We work
alongside each facility to create a customized solution that meets
the needs of clinician and patient populations. Our Mobility
Technicians are able to capture leading, lagging and real-time
indicators through the Atlas Mobility Cloud Software as well as our
hardware technology in development to guide and supply evidence to
hospital leadership for decisions that impact complications due to
immobility.In order to further our impact in the healthcare
industry, Atlas Lift Tech, Inc. has also begun our journey in the
medical device space. Our product will help the caregivers with the
monitoring and tracking of industry-recommended patient turns and
positions to assist with preventing hospital acquired pressure
injuries.We are already changing the lives of healthcare

RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide leadership, management as well as
technical vision for entire software engineering
departmentResponsible for medium and long-term thinking about
technology (hardware and software) as a whole and the staff to
support and develop it, including the software, the devices on the
network, the network, mobile technology, services and software that
meet the current, as well as future, business needsSupport
Inception and Elaboration to ensure optimal solution architecture
and design,Ensure all technology practices are in compliance with
regulatory standards such as HIPAA, US FDA and IEC 62304Create
realistic timelines for the development and deployment of all
technological services and productsWork with the business
development team to not only develop products but also inform the
team how leveraging certain technologies can help the company
become more successfulImprove and optimize the application
architectureStreamline the feature deployment pipeline so that the
development team can work productively and ensure security and high
up-time of the applicationCreate workflows for field deployment,
training, security protocols, control access, asset management, IT
Support, and prototyping initiativesRegularly communicate and
present updates to key stakeholdersMentor, manage and collaborate
with team members, empowering them to build solutions that
emphasize quality, simplicity, and reliabilitySKILLS &
QUALIFICATIONS:M.S./B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical
discipline, or equivalent experienceExperience working in the
medical device industry and understanding of regulations and
standards10+ years of software industry experience, including
systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical
product/program management experience7+ years in application, data,
integration, or strategic architecture1+ years of experience with
regulated and or safety critical systemsExcellent people management
experience leading teams to deliver technical programs or products
from inception to deliveryExperience with scrum and other agile
development methodsProven ability to benchmark and lead innovation
in engineering design practices and guidelinesExperience
communicating and representing work to senior leadership and
framing discussions to gain valuable feedback and experience
working with technical management teams to develop systems,
solutions, and productsCoordinate, write, proof and finalize
technical project documents as neededProven experience gathering
unstructured data to transform and analyze statistical data,
generate reports, and summarize analysis into understandable,
actionable reports, and recommendationsExceptional ability to use
BI technology tools (e.g., Power BI) to collect, maintain, and
analyze dataExperience with Tableau or data visualization tools,
having the ability to turn raw data into insightful information7+
years of experience in development, especially including C#
development, preferably in the Microsoft space5+ years of
experience with distributed storage and database systems, including
SQL or NoSQL, MySQL, or CassandraPossess expertise in one or more
object-oriented languages, including Python, Go, Java, or C++, and
an eagerness to learn morePrior experience with strict data
standards/protocols and integration, with a preference for those in
the health industry, including HL7Excellent interpersonal skills
and ability to work well with all levels of engineers/staffAbility
to work under pressure and be flexible on the scheduleAbility to
travel to designated locations as neededAbility to sit at a work
station operating a device for at least 8 hours per day and lift up
