Job Responsibilities

• Support the Mountainview, California office remotely, working Pacific Standard Time hours.
  
• Provide exemplary customer service to North American candidates.
  
• Focus on candidate care, process improvement, and automation.
  
• Partner with recruiters to deliver a candidate-centric hiring experience.
  
• Schedule complex interviews and manage calendar conflicts.
  
• Educate stakeholders on interview scheduling tools.
  
• Ensure timely feedback to candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  
• Support onsite candidate greeting and interview logistics.
  
• Assist in onboarding new hires and monitor background checks and drug screens.
  
• Maintain candidate trackers and communicate challenges during recruiting processes.
  
  Job Requirements
  
  
• Relevant degrees or certifications.
  
• Experience with high-volume scheduling.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
  
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and technologies.
  
• Excellent written and verbal customer service skills.
  
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  
• Recent graduates or those with learning agility and customer service skills are encouraged to apply.
  
• Preferred: Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday), background check vendors (HireRight), and recruiting support in fast-paced tech environments.
  
• Minimum of 2 years supporting recruitment activities in a coordinator role, including scheduling and background check management.
