actively sourcing for a dynamic, professional Front Desk
Administrator who takes pride in their work and leaves an excellent
first impression of the organization. The Front Desk Administrator
will be our Brand Ambassador who will warmly welcome our visitors,
vendors, and candidates. Our ideal candidate is passionate about
providing excellent customer service and thrives in a fast-paced
environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately
- Greet visitors and be attentive to their needs
- Print and issue security badges to all visitors, contractors,
new hires, and current employees
- Process all shipping/receiving mail, USPS, FedEx packages,
deliveries etc.
- Responsible for keeping the reception area clean and tidy, at
all times
- Book conference rooms
- Learn and be able to provide direction to guests and employees
on room locations, bathrooms, amenity spaces, etc.
- Provide back-up support to the all employees as needed:
- Compiling corporate communications
- Placing lunch orders
- Conference room & meeting set-up
- Assistance with event planning
- Provide clerical support to Five9 employees as needed
- Ensure presence in front desk area at all times, and seek
coverage as necessary to take breaks, help in other locations,
etc.
- Work closely with our Facilities team to ensure the front
office supplies are fully stocked
- General support of other departments when needed
- Assist in projects including preparing PowerPoint
presentations, creating spreadsheets in excel and setting up and
breaking down conference rooms for meetings
- Respond to email alias for Facilities and create work orders
and formulate responses in a helpful manner
- Deliver excellent customer service, at all times and project a
professional and courteous demeanor in person, on the telephone and
via e-mail
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and business information
Key Competencies:
- 1+ years of experience managing an active front desk for a
mid-size company preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy, efficiency and
excellent attention to detail
