team is responsible for providing direction and coordination across
Electric Transmission, Distribution and Asset
operations and our people with the Electric T&D execution
organizations we serve facilitates better planning, execution and
overall service delivery.
- This is
accomplished via six distinct but interconnected
- Distribution Work and Resource
- Transmission Work and Resource
- Transmission Portfolio
- The Senior
Analyst will lead and support various workforce related initiatives
for Electric Operations.
includes conducting deep-dive analyses of workforce initiatives
based on an annual prioritization process with each Electric
Operations line of business, supporting relevant Customer
Affordability Roadmap initiatives, and ad-hoc support of workforce
development or training initiatives being driven by the Workforce
position has high executive visibility and will engage with
Electric T&D leadership, including VPs, Sr Directors, and

Analyst will also work with the Manager of Business Strategy on

deliverables for Electric Operations S-1, S-2, and Session D as
well as provide support for the Electric Operations leadership team
- 4 years of
relevant work experience with steady progression of

degree in engineering, economics, business administration or
comparable quantitative field or equivalent related work
- If no
degree has been achieved, successful candidate must possess 8 years
of relative working experience.

- Ability to
identify, prioritize, and manage multiple deliverables
working in a resource management function.
energy or regulatory industry experience.
planning and/or communications experience.
understanding of the utility or energy industry drivers, issues and
knowledge of long-term strategic business planning theories,
concepts, practices, methods and techniques.
data analysis, benchmarking, monitoring and business/financial
analysis skills including knowledge of varied analytical
analytical problem solving and decision making skills to develop
oral and written communication, interpersonal and collaboration
to changing business conditions and ambiguity.
- Effectively gains buy-in from leaders
inside and outside of the department. Solid knowledge of workforce
planning concepts, methods, practices and
oriented: willing to set aggressive, but realistic goals and to
hold others accountable for their performance
with Electric Integrated Planning team and Business Finance to
assist in the annual development of the 5 year Operating Plan
(S-1), 2 year Execution Plan (S-2), by providing analysis that
support organizational size and skill sets required to successfully
execute the business plan and meet business
closely with Electric Advance initiatives leads to support benefit
realizations that have a workforce impact
- Leads the
governance of workforce/Headcount planning and strategy for both
internal and Non-Employee workers to address workforce trends and
potential issues identified from analytics
- Acts as a
single point of contact for (assigned) LOB leadership for all
workforce related initiatives
- Work with
all leadership levels across EO to gather and analyze operational
and financial information and draws conclusions for workforce
strategy, including contingency plans or course correction actions
as necessary to present to Senior leaders.
