The Analyst position plays an important business-facing role in
leading business process improvements, root cause analysis, and
process redesign. The BA will utilize business process modeling,
data analysis, process analysis and other tools and methods to
collaborate with business leads to define a problem, identify the
root cause, define solutions (both operational and technical),
develop a process plan, support the implementation of the solutions
and position the business to sustain the improvement in support of
organizational objectives. The Analyst will be instrumental in the
standardization of end-to-end workflows across different business
functions and acting as a change agent within IT and across the
The Analyst, IT Finance and Vendor Management will consult with
IT and business leaders to optimize financial performance, prepare
management information and insights to guide decision making and
evaluates financial performance for initiatives that may include
expense efficiency, investment in new or expanded technology,
automation or other operational efficiencies. This role
additionally supports the establishment and execution of stated
policies and achieve goals related to business performance, expense
and risk management.
Key expectations include financial/ROI analysis, budgeting,
development of IT metrics and associated methods of measurement,
oversight of the vendor management function, and the
establishment/enhancement of internal controls and adherence to
corporate policies and procedures. In collaboration with IT
Leadership, Finance, Legal, and Business Operations, this
functional practice can help to lower costs, reduce duplication of
tools and services, improve adherence to regulatory and compliance
requirements, and strengthen relationships with core vendors.
The successful candidate brings passion and exceptional skills
in financial analysis, budgeting, contract negotiation (new and
renewals), defining new services and deliverables, managing vendor
relations, procurement activities, vendor performance analysis and
management, and risk management with an emphasis on the
establishment and consistent execution to achieve operational
excellence through continuous improvement. Candidate must have a
strong background in finance or accounting, and/or vendor sourcing
/ vendor relations/ vendor management with proven career
progression, problem solving skills, comfort with ambiguity, and

Proficient with MS Office Suite, MS Visio (or equivalent
diagramming tool), and collaboration tools.
