Client's Electric Business Operations team is responsible for
providing direction and coordination across Electric Transmission,
Distribution and Asset Management. Aligning operations and our
people with the Electric T&D execution organizations we serve
facilitates better planning, execution and overall service
delivery. This is accomplished via six distinct but interconnected

2. T&D Integrated Planning
3. Electric Workforce Strategy
4. Distribution Work and Resource Management
5. Transmission Work and Resource Management
6. Transmission Portfolio Management
The Electric T&D Business Operations organization is led by a
Sr Director who reports directly to the Sr Vice President of
Electric Transmission and Distribution. The Business Operations
organization is responsible for driving partnerships across key
departments within Electric T&D and lines of business across
the Company to design and drive the strategic planning rhythm. The
Business Operations organization owns and directs several processes
including Electric T&D Integrated Planning, Regulatory Filings,
and the facilitation of a *** billion dollar annual expense and

billion in assets, over *** billion in revenues; which serves ~5
million electric distribution customers and ~4 million natural gas
distribution customers. This high profile team provides a great

The Senior Analyst will lead and support various workforce related
initiatives for Electric Operations. This includes conducting
deep-dive analyses of workforce initiatives based on an annual
prioritization process with each Electric Operations line of
business, supporting relevant Customer Affordability Roadmap
initiatives, and ad-hoc support of workforce development or
training initiatives being driven by the Workforce Strategy team.
This position has high executive visibility and will engage with
Electric T&D leadership, including VPs, Sr Directors, and Mgrs.
The Sr Analyst will also work with the Manager of Business Strategy
on strategic initiatives including the integrated planning
deliverables for Electric Operations S-1, S-2, and Session D as
well as provide support for the Electric Operations leadership team
" 4 years of relevant work experience with steady progression of
responsibilities including skills in process mapping, data analysis
and financial analysis.
" Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, business
administration or comparable quantitative field or equivalent
related work experience. If no degree has been achieved, successful
candidate must possess 8 years of relative working experience.
" Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Products
" Ability to identify, prioritize, and manage multiple deliverables
" Experience working in a resource management function.
" Utility, energy or regulatory industry experience.
" Strategic planning and/or communications experience.
" Broad understanding of the utility or energy industry drivers,
issues and trends.
" Strong knowledge of long-term strategic business planning
theories, concepts, practices, methods and techniques.
" Strong data analysis, benchmarking, monitoring and
business/financial analysis skills including knowledge of varied
" Strong analytical problem solving and decision making skills to
develop comprehensive solutions.
" Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and

Finance to assist in the annual development of the 5 year Operating
Plan (S-1), 2 year Execution Plan (S-2), by providing analysis that
support organizational size and skill sets required to successfully
execute the business plan and meet business objectives
" Works closely with Electric Advance initiatives leads to support
benefit realizations that have a workforce impact
" Leads the governance of workforce/Headcount planning and strategy
for both internal and Non-Employee workers to address workforce
trends and potential issues identified from analytics
" Acts as a single point of contact for (assigned) LOB leadership
for all workforce related initiatives
" Work with all leadership levels across EO to gather and analyze
operational and financial information and draws conclusions for
workforce strategy, including contingency plans or course
correction actions as necessary to present to Senior leaders.
" Performs analysis on highly complex data sets that have
cross-functional impact. Incorporates workforce changes into
" Develops and maintains workforce planning models. Incorporates
actual and projected internal workforce changes and external labor
market factors into models. Creates standardized dashboard
analytics for Electric Operations leadership.
" Analyzes cost structure including cost benchmarks.
