Job Description:

We are actively recruiting for a Warehouse Coordinator to support a pharmaceutical company located in Hayward, CA!--

• This is a temporary to hire role
• Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 p.m.
• Pay rate is $18/hr--Some of your tasks will be:
  • Coordinates deliveries with all involved parties, including nursing, pharmacy, couriers, and patients. Tracks all orders, deliveries, and exceptions, and reconciles issues with the appropriate department.-- Communicates with Nurse and Pharmacist to ensure availability of patient supplies and confirms deliveries.
  • Communicates information to appropriate personnel and document accordingly.
  • Generates patient orders on system.
  • Picks and packages all patient supplies to ensure a zero defect in all shipments.--
  • Purchases all supplies for inventory, following correct purchasing procedures and tracks all levels in the assigned online system. Inspects and receives all deliveries, reporting any damaged items to pharmacy and follows protocol for any compromised medication packaging.--
  • Participates in physical inventory. Implements "inventory control" and establishes minimum order quantity amounts.Requirements:
    • 1 -2 years' experience in warehouse environment
    • Ability to lift to 50lbs
    • Microsoft Suite: Word - Excel - Outlook
    • Data Entry experience helpful
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • "Can do attitude"
