litigation and commercial litigation matters. The San Francisco, CA
– based office focuses on insurance and reinsurance, along with
related transactional and regulatory compliance matters, serving
sophisticated institutional clients. Practice Areas Insurance &
Reinsurance Coverage Law Civil Litigation Defense Commercial
Litigation Schedule Minimum billable requirement: 1,800 hours
Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $145,000 – $165,000,
commensurate with experience Annual billables bonus: Up to $50,000
Comprehensive benefits package , including healthcare coverage and
PTO About the Role This position involves working on complex
insurance coverage litigation , including: Commercial first-party
insurance Reinsurance Third-party liability Professional liability
Bad faith coverage disputes The role includes responsibility for
motion practice, coverage opinions, discovery, and client
communications , working as part of a collaborative team within a
nationally prominent practice. Requirements JD from an accredited
law school with above-average academic credentials Admission to
practice law in the State of California Minimum of 3 years of
private practice experience Recent experience litigating complex
insurance defense matters Ideal Candidate Profile Admission to
multiple state jurisdictions a plus Litigation experience handling
insurance coverage matters across all phases, from pre-litigation
management through motion practice and settlement or trial Strong
legal writing skills with advanced legal research and analytical
proficiency Interest in long-term career development within a firm
that is nationally and internationally recognized in insurance and
