planning. Your Opportunity This position will be part of Core
Technology Solutions – Sales, Services and Marketing Technology
(SSMT) building and managing Schwab Representative facing
technologies. The CTS/SSMT Business System Analysts are dedicated
to collaboratively understanding business needs and guiding them
into sound technical solutions that are fit for purpose. They
improve delivery outcomes through cross-functional cooperation and
improvement of their development lifecycle methods. Ideal
candidates enjoy fast-paced environments, thrive under ambiguity
and embrace change passionately. What you are good at Business
Systems Analysts are responsible for understanding and translating
the needs of the business with the use of technology. They ensure
their deliverables are aligned with business need and requirements,
provide advice, and work cross-functionally with the project team.
Experience leading different project roles is beneficial for
success in this role. They possess strong inter-personal
communication skills and time management skills with a strong
ability to communicate and work well with others. They possess
strong analytical skills and the ability to produce efficient
solutions and protocols to meet the objectives through an Agile

Qualifications Technical Expertise and Educational Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical
skills with the ability to always think of the big picture • Strong
interpersonal skills to juggle multiple simultaneous projects •
Identify, prioritize, and deliver tactical and strategic solutions
that meet business objective and maximize business value • Partner
with Product Owners to manage the business and stakeholder
expectations within the defined program scope, vision, and release
• Ability to conduct and facilitate with business partners
requirement gathering, epic and user story creation • Support
development on the activities needed to execute the business vision
and goals for a defined release • Ability to translate larger
project vision and business objective into deployable user stories
• Development and support of test plans and user acceptance
criteria for feature, user story and functional delivery • Act as a
liaison between the business stakeholders and the technical team to
effectively articulate the business deliverable • Active
participant in planning quarterly deliverables by collaborating
with the cross domain and integration team • Participate in program
planning process by providing end to end business process and
technical expertise input for strategic initiatives • Ability to
design and development of a use cases and use case diagrams •
Design and develop activity diagrams, context diagrams, intersystem
dependency diagrams, and sequence diagrams • Work closely with the
technical architects to create and maintain business
process/architecture documentation • Collaborative design for a
solution architecture which meets the program objectives and
business needs • Integration of cloud services with internal
applications and/or databases, including but not limited to
integration layers and security layers • Experience with Web
Services and API technologies • Champion business process
streamlining and standardization of documentation across the domain
of work • Be an advocate for the business systems analyst
organization and its capabilities • Provide Agile guidance and
drive the best practices with product owners and scrum teams •
Maintenance and prioritize of backlog of work • Ability to document
and facilitate risk and dependency management with cross team
partners • Experience working in an Agile environment and
collaborative user stories for technologies and must have CURRENT
working experience with Schwab systems and processes Education and
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s in computer science, information
systems, engineering, or related field from an accredited
university OR years of experience met • 10 years of business
systems analysis experience • 8-10 years in business architecture
or solution architecture • 8-10 years of Salesforce ecosystem
experience with primary focus on platform integrations, APIs and
ETL technologies Preferred Qualifications Technical nice-to-haves •
Experience with Salesforce org migration from Classic to Lightning
interface • Integration of internal and external 3rd party
applications to Salesforce • Hands on experience with Salesforce
profiles and permissions set structure • Extensive experience with
customization of Salesforce workflows • Exposure and experience
with regulatory and SOX requirement mandates • Knowledge and
understanding of the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud platform •
