Job Description:

As a Store Manager, you will be instrumental in upholding the
Starbucks standard of service and hospitality. The role demands
enthusiasm for coaching and developing a team, a sharp business

enhancing customer satisfaction and operational excellence in a
fast-paced environment. Lead and motivate a high-performing team of
baristas and shift supervisors, ensuring exceptional customer
service. Manage daily store operations, including scheduling,
inventory management, and compliance with health and safety
regulations. Drive sales and profitability through effective cost
management and strategic planning. Maintain quality control,
ensuring that every product meets Starbucks standards. Implement
promotional campaigns and product updates effectively. Resolve
customer complaints and issues, maintaining a pleasant store
environment. Cultivate relationships within the community to
promote the Starbucks brand and values. Strong leadership and team
management skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in inventory and sales software Solid organizational
and time management skills Experience in financial planning and
employee scheduling Ability to work under pressure and handle
