Job Summary and Responsibilities

Our multispecialty group, Dignity Health Medical Group - Stockton, a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Stockton, California. Practice Highlights:

• Join a well-established, multi-specialty group
• Outpatient practice and access to 24/7 Hospitalist Program
• High prevalence of chronic disease management, including diabetes and hypertension
• Opportunity to precept Internal Medicine residents (compensated preceptorship)

Flexibility and Exceptional Work/Life Balance:

• 100% Outpatient opportunity
• Full-time schedule: Monday - Friday; no weekends
• Flexible scheduling: 5 or 4-day work week available;
• One clinic location, no hospital call
• Candidates open to working evenings are a plus, though not required
• Live and work in sunny California, with easy access to San Francisco, Napa, Monterey, and Lake Tahoe

Competitive Compensation and Benefits:

• Excellent earning potential w/a guaranteed salary of $275,000 - $300,000/Yr for the first 2yrs

• MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
• A valid and unrestricted California medical license
• DEA Certification
