Title: Director of Nursing Job Duties: The Director of Nursing
directs and coordinates all aspects of nursing, including, but not
limited to, infection control, pharmacy, laboratory, quality
assurance, medical records, and staff education. The director
ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the
overall program and timely completion of respective reporting
requirements. The Director of Nursing is also responsible for the
maintenance of quality improvement activities in compliance with
current licensing and accrediting policies and regulations. In
addition, the Director of Nursing supports all disciplines in the
development of a marketing strategy and efforts to network with
existing and potential referral sources. Schedule: Full-Time
Qualifications: Current licensure in the State of California as a
Registered Nurse. Shall have at least one (1) year of experience in
nursing supervision within the last five (5) years. Crestwood

Geary Crisis Stabilization is a 16-bed facility that provides
immediate care for people in the local community with urgent mental
health needs. Located in the heart of the Tenderloin district, we
are designed to address urgent needs in a densely urban setting. We
are committed to stepping up as a premier provider and making a
meaningful impact in this underserved community. Pursuant to the
San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum
base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to
the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors
including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience,
licensure, and program acuity. Pay Range: $156,000 - $176,800 USD
