Job Description:
Description Pay & Schedule: $24–$26/hr (based on experience)
Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:00pm Rotating on-call shifts required Company
truck & tools provided Duties & Responsibilities: Basic electrical,
plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry repairs Perform all aspects of
painting, drywall patching, texturing, caulking Perform unit
turnovers (move-ins, move-outs, inspections) Perform routine
landscaping and janitorial tasks Coordinate maintenance by outside
contractors (plumbers, electricians, etc.) Other duties/tasks as
assigned. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED 1
years related experience in maintenance services. Demonstrate
ability in general construction and power tool knowledge. Must have
and keep a good driving record. Valid Driver’s License and clean
DMV report. Organized and a self-starter with attention to details.
Must demonstrate good record and time keeping skills and be
computer literate. Must demonstrate good written and verbal
communication skills. Must be able to stand for long periods of
time and lift heavy objects. Ability to be a team player, and take
direction. Exhibit an ability to operate effectively in a
