(RN) Labor and Delivery for a nursing job in San Ramon, California.
Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Labor and Delivery -
Discipline: RN - Duration: Ongoing - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12
hours - Employment Type: Staff /n Shift: Nights Job type: Part time
Hours: Position Summary: Reporting to the Nursing Director, this
position is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and
providing high quality, individualized patient care using the
components of the nursing process. On-call required; When on-call
must arrive to the Hospital within 30 minutes. Minimum Education:
BSN preferred Minimum Experience/Skills: - Minimum of one (1) year
recent experience within the last three (3) years of Full –Time
high risk Labor & Delivery experience; - OB triage and Circulating
vaginal & C-section deliveries; - (will train to scrub C-sections
and train to postpartum/well baby if no experience).
Licenses/Certificates/Credentials: - Current California RN license
- Current BLS certification (AHA certified) - Current NRP
certification - AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring is a
requirement within 1 year of hire, unless documentation of
completion is provided prior to hire - AWHONN progressive Fetal
Monitoring classes are recommended every 2 years LI-AR2 Tenet North
