Job Description Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or
Family Practice or Geriatrics) Location: Central Valley, CA Job
Overview: We are looking for an experienced, dedicated Primary Care
Physician to join our team, focusing on comprehensive care for
elderly participants in our PACE program. You'll work closely with
an interdisciplinary team to help seniors live independently in
their communities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient
assessments and develop care plans with the team. Oversee care in
nursing homes and hospitals, including admissions and discharges.
Provide guidance to Nurse Practitioners and team members.
Participate in rotating night and weekend on-call duties.
Requirements: BE/BC in Internal Medicine or Family Practice or
Geriatrics Active California License Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $315,900 to $386,100 Full medical, dental, and vision
insurance. 401(k) plan with match. Generous PTO, holidays, and sick
time. CME and paid time away. Potential relocation assistance. If
