Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not

opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist to support
students in a school environment. This role involves travel within
the Fremont, CA area, providing specialized OT services that
promote student development and independence. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions tailored
to student needs. Collaborate with educators, families, and other
professionals to create effective treatment plans. Monitor and
document student progress to ensure goals are met. Travel as needed
between school sites within the designated region. Participate in
meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs
(IEPs). Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
related to special education services. Desired Qualifications:
Licensed Occupational Therapist with appropriate state credentials.
Experience in pediatric or school-based occupational therapy.
Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt therapy
techniques to individual student requirements. Reliable
transportation and willingness to travel between locations.
