Job Title: Manager, Respiratory Therapy Location: Redwood City, CA, US Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Manager, Respiratory Therapy /Respiratory Care Manager to lead respiratory therapy services across one or more sites. This role oversees staff, ensures high-quality patient care, maintains regulatory compliance, and improves operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop respiratory therapy staff Ensure compliance with clinical standards and safety regulations Oversee patient care, treatment plans, and discharge processes Manage staffing, equipment, and supplies efficiently Monitor performance metrics and lead quality improvement initiatives Address patient concerns and support complex cases Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in respiratory therapy, Healthcare Administration, or related field 7 years of respiratory therapy experience 3 years of leadership or management experience California RCP License , RRT , and BLS (required at hire) Would you like to know more about this opportunity?
