Assures patient care is appropriate to the age and developmental level of patients served. Assesses staff need for the unit, collaborates with the staffing coordinator, Nursing Assistant Director, and Administrative Nursing Supervisor to ensure patients needs are met. 1. Demonstrates responsible role in noise reduction efforts in the department. 2. Assists in maintaining traffic control in the department. 3. Completes .edu’s and other required hospital education by the due date. 4. Adheres to SRRMC Behavior Standards. 5. Complies with San Ramon Regional Medical Center Policies/Procedures protecting patient information and the confidentiality of the information in accordance with the Federal and State regulations.
