Physical Must-Have: - Willingness to travel outside the area or
work weekends as required - Ability to see Covid and Covid Person
Under Investigation patients Description: We are looking for a
qualified Physical Therapy Assistant with a minimum of 1 year of
professional experience. Home health experience is preferred. The
assigned county territory includes Fremont, Castro Valley, Ashland,
Cherryland, Hayward, Newark, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, and Union
City, as well as areas including Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda,
Albany, Emeryville, Piedmont, San Ramon, Dublin, Pleasanton, Sunol,
and Livermore. Two options are available: guaranteed hours or
non-guaranteed hours. If the guaranteed option is chosen,
productivity expectations must be met. The traveler must complete
30 points in the week. Weekend coverage may be required. To secure
a full caseload, occasional travel outside the service area may be
necessary. Under the non-guaranteed option, no guaranteed hours are
provided. Payment is made on a per-visit basis. Routine visits are
calculated at 1 point equal to 1.33 hours. The rate covers
drive/travel time, visit time, documentation time, and time spent
making phone calls to patients and doctors. All requested time off
must be disclosed at the time of submission. Requested time off
after the acceptance date will not be approved. Requirements
