Occupational Therapist License Certifications: BLS Must-Have:
Driver’s License, Auto Insurance, Auto Registration, TB (annual),
MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (every 10 years), Flu (annual), Drug
Screen, Physical Job Description: - New graduates are welcome to
apply. - Home health experience is preferred but not required. -
Available positions with guaranteed or non-guaranteed hours. - If
opting for guaranteed hours, achieve at least 27 productivity
points per week. - Travel outside the designated area or work
weekends if necessary to meet weekly visit expectations. - Coverage
may be requested during weekends or outside regular service areas
without guaranteed hours. - Able to work with COVID-positive and
suspected COVID-positive patients. - Payment made on a per-visit
basis with conversions for various visit types. - Rates are
comprehensive and include drive/travel time, visit time,
documentation time, and patient/doctor communication time. - All
requested time off must be disclosed during submission. No changes
post-confirmation. - Holiday coverage is required. Please ensure
that applications and contracts mirror the required terms and
