Experience:

--- 24 months of Home Health experience is required.

--- Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required.

Requirements:

--- Candidates must have a California license in hand at the time of application.

--- Travel and Local candidates are eligible to apply for this role.

--- COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Information:

Start ASAP for 13 weeks.

Shift days: Monday - Friday

No on call but will be required to work one weekend a month with days off during the week.

Coverage area: one for East Contra Costa County and one for West Contra Costa County

Any overtime must be pre-approved.

HomeCare HomeBase/Pointcare experience required.

Will only consider without HCHB exp if CLN completes online training class prior to start.
