NURSE SUPERVISOR - ICU - 80 HRS NIGHTS (EXEMPT) - $15,000 SIGN-ON BONUS Location: United States - California - San Ramon DESCRIPTION Industry: Healthcare / Health Services Job Category: Medical / Health - Nurse Reporting to the Nursing Director, this position is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and providing high quality, individualized patient care using the components of the nursing process. Qualifications : Minimum Education: Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred. Minimum Experience/Skills: -Minimum of three (3) years recent acute care experience or equivalent in the ICU department; -Recent Charge/Supervisor experience in an acute care setting, ICU preferred. Licenses/Certificates/Credentials: Current California RN license Current BLS certification Current ACLS certification Current PALS certification (must obtain within 90 days of hire/ transfer) Current CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training (within 6 months of hire/ transfer) CCRN, CVS, CRRT preferred Security Clearance Required: No Visa Candidate Considered: No COMPENSATION Part-time Benefits - Full Relocation Assistance Available - Yes Commission Compensation - No Interview Travel Reimbursed - No CANDIDATE DETAILS 2+ to 5 years experience Seniority Level - Other Management Experience Required - No Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree Willingness to Travel - Occasionally IDEAL CANDIDATE Minimum 3 years of recent CVICU acute care experience.
