Since 2001, Five9 has led the cloud revolution in contact centers, helping organizations transition from legacy premise-based solutions to the cloud.Our Manager Global Stock Administration will manage all aspects of Five9's stock administration department, including processing all levels of equity transactions, performing regular reconciliations, SEC reporting, ensuring SOX compliance, maintaining the integrity of our stock administration database, maintaining the Insider Trading List, and collaborating with other internal teams as we expand globally.This position can be remote in the US, and reports to our Director Global Stock Administration. As Manager Global Stock Administration:

• You will manage the daily equity processes for employees in multiple countries, including new grants; Option exercises and RSU releases (and related tax withholding); and ESPP purchases.
• You will manage and administer the Insider Trading List, providing recommendations to our Leal team.
• You will file SEC Forms 3, 4, and 5 and administer 10b5-1 Plans.
• You will liaise with our Transfer Agent and brokers, and lend assistance and support to our Legal, Finance, Tax, and People teams as required.
• You will provide supporting equity-related documentation and appropriate tables for Proxy preparation and manage the D&O Questionnaire process.
• You will manage the period-end reconciliation processes and year-end tax reporting including 6039 reporting for US employees, and support for any other country-specific tax filings.
• You will work with internal and external auditors and ensure SOX compliance.RequirementsOur ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
  • 5+ years equity experience in a publicly traded, global company
  • CEP certification
  • Thorough knowledge of equity instruments and applicable taxation
  • Experience with 10b5-1 Plans a plus; advanced experience with section16 filings
  • Experience on Morgan Stanley Shareworks preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to communicate well with all levels of employees and our Board members
  • Proficiency with MS Word - advanced proficiency with MS Excel
