Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking a Program Manager who will research, present, develop, and manage various talent management programs across Robert Half/Protiviti.Specific responsibilities include:

  • Independently manage multiple and concurrent program related projects (including but not limited to COE, annual review process), as well as ad hoc projects. This includes creating project plans and communication and change management plans.
  • Lead project meetings and taskforces, manage and execute project deliverables and deadlines independently and/or through others, and ensure delivery of high quality services.
  • Act as point-of-contact for various projects and processes and escalate issues as appropriate with proposed solutions.
  • Partner with HR or internal clients to roll projects out to appropriate audiences.
  • Develop and manage budgets for various programs.
  • Continually review existing programs to identify and implement enhancements and efficiencies to ensure consistent program improvement.
  • Develop communication and change management plans.
  • Identify appropriate communication medium.
  • Directly and/or in conjunction with others, create presentations, communications, training, and rollout material. Document and maintain program/process documents.
  • Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships as it relates to program and project execution.
  • Identify appropriate subject matter experts/departments to partner with to ensure program and project deliverables are met.
  • Oversee project related activities executed by other departments and employees to ensure deadlines are met and quality of services/products.
  • Research talent management trends and recommend enhancements to existing programs based on identified gaps within program offerings.
  • Consider impact to existing talent management programs. Consider global perspective to allow for implementation to various RH/Protiviti audiences.
  • Research, identify, establish and manage external vendor relationships, act as the liaison between RH/Protiviti and vendor.
  • Partner with internal SMEs to identify business needs and represent RH with the external vendor to identify system capabilities and business process solutions.
  • Analyze and diagnose issues and errors with external vendors.
  • Collect, compile, audit, analyze, and summarize talent management program information (employee data, metrics, feedback, reports, etc.) and identify and put it into appropriate format for requestor, management, and/or system upload.Qualifications:
    • BA/BS degree in business or HR related area required.
    • HR, project management, and/or system administration training or certification preferred.
    • 6+ years' experience in a large public corporate environment with 3+ years' independently managing medium size projects, preferably in HR.
    • Proven experience leading completion of project deliverables across cross-functional teams, successfully meeting deadlines.
    • Highly proficient in MS Office.
    • Based on assigned programs, talent management system experience may be required or preferred.
    • Demonstrated experience working in/with a HRMS system (creating queries, troubleshooting) preferably with ADP, troubleshooting systems with multiple integration points, and system implementations.
    • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot systematic problems, identify solutions to both business and systematic issues, and use sound judgment and logic to make decisions.At Robert Half, there's more to us than what we do.
