In this role, you will support the human resource and recruitment processes, including record-keeping, file maintenance, HRIS entry, sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates. Responsibilities: --- HR - recruiting, onboarding, benefits, etc. --- Office Management - administrative and "executive" support --- Payroll support ideal but not required --- Work with HR consultant in creating and verifying information for various information packets for new and existing employees. --- Assist with open enrollment and employee benefits processing. --- Makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.Job Requirements:Qualifications: --- BA or BS Degree --- 2+ year minimum experiences in HR --- Excellent communication verbal and written skills --- Team-oriented and Self Motivated --- Spanish speaking a plusAccountemps, a Robert Half Company, matches skilled accounting and finance professionals with remote or on-site jobs on a temporary and temporary-to-hire basis.
