JOB REQUISITIONOperational Project ManagerLOCATIONSAN RAMONJOB DESCRIPTIONRobert Half seeks to hire an Operational Project Manager to plan, direct and manage all aspects of assigned projects. The role will determine the overall objective of each project, determine resources needed and create a full project plan. Will be responsible for their own work priorities and deliverables within the project, which will require research, discovery, budget (if needed) and coordination of task forces when applicable. May work cross functionally with other teams to bring the project to completion. Will be responsible for scheduling meetings, keeping all stakeholders informed throughout the entire project, keeping all material organized, determining any risk and provides consistent feedback on improvement opportunities related to current business process. The role will also be responsible for determining how to roll out the project: who is the audience, is training needed, communication, process documentation, is ongoing maintenance needed and is there a need for change management. This role will also act as a subject matter expert in cross-functional teams to provide recommendations on new initiatives or projects.A successful candidate will have an ability to understand (or quickly grasp) branch administrative priorities and terminology and be the advocate that produces administrative solutions to their specific environments. This role requires partnerships with employees from all levels within the company and will need to be comfortable building those relationships.Qualifications :* Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience* 3+ years of prior work experience in administration, operations and/or project management* Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)* Experience using SharePoint preferred.* Ability to quickly learn new software packages and in-house systems as the business need arises.* Demonstrated depth of knowledge and experience in documentation of procedures and processes, solid experience in process documentation and analysis.* Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.* Strong organization, time management and project management skills and multi-tasking abilities.* Desire to work in team-oriented environment.* Ability to gather requirements effectively; document requirements and confirm observations with business owners.* Ability to follow company standards for documentation.At Robert Half, there's more to us than what we do.
