As an ASE Certified Technician at CarMax, you will be responsible for a range of tasks aimed at maintaining and enhancing vehicle functionality and safety. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, including diagnostics, repairs, and routine service. You will work in a state-of-the-art facility using the latest in automotive technology to ensure every vehicle meets our high standards. Perform quality diagnostics and repairs on all vehicle makes and models. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive repair techniques and vehicle systems. Complete work orders with accuracy and timely documentation of all repairs and services performed. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Assist other technicians in complex repairs and provide technical guidance. Communicate effectively with service advisors and parts associates to ensure optimal workflow. Expert knowledge in automotive diagnostics and repair. Ability to operate advanced diagnostic tools and equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented. Effective communication and customer service skills. Time management and ability to prioritize tasks. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance 401k Valid ASE Certification required. Driver's license and clean driving record.
