Billing Rate: $65/Hour on C2C & $55/Hour on W2EXPERIENCE SKILL MATRIX:Total years of Experience in IT: yearsTotal years of US Experience: years1. COMPLETE SKILL MATRIX (YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN EACH SKILL):1. Microsoft Lync Engineer: years2. LYNC 2013, LYNC 2010: years3. Firewalls, Cisco routers/switches, network protocols, VPN: years4. SIP, SIP Trunking, Active Directory and Windows Certificate Services: years5. Windows 2003 and 2008 server technologies: years6. VoIP deployment: years7. Third party media gateways required; Audio codes or Sonus: years8. MCSE or MCITP a plus:Skills and Expertise Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field2. 3+ years of technical experience related to Skype for Business / Microsoft Lync / OCS required3. Experience implementing unified communication such as LYNC 2013, LYNC 20104. Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory design, implementation and administration are required5. Strong background in networking (Firewalls, Cisco routers/switches, network protocols, VPN---) is a plus6. Proven design, planning and implementation experience with Microsoft Lync for Business with Enterprise Voice deployments.7. Fundamental understanding of SIP, SIP Trunking, Active Directory and Windows Certificate Services.8. Proven design, planning and implementation experience with Windows 2003 and 2008 server technologies.9. Experience with VoIP deployment10. Experience with third party media gateways required; Audio codes or Sonus11. Experience with Exchange Unified Messaging (UM) a plus12. Experience working in a consulting environment is required
