LONGi Group is a vertically integrated solar market leader. It is the world's largest monocrystalline solar wafer and module manufacturer. The company's technology position and financial health are highly regarded in the industry. We are currently expanding our Technical Service teams and we are looking for cornerstone talent to join our platform.Roles and responsibility- Participate in product campaign at trade show and conference to promote LONGi products- Communicate technology and product roadmap and technical details to customers and address their technical inquiries- Engage downstream customers with sales training, webinar, workshop etc.- Provide competitive intelligence report by collecting market, partner and competitor's information- Collect voice of customer, perform field study, and document market requirements- Provide technical support to sales team throughout sales process- Handle customer warranty claimsQualifications- Fundamental understanding on PV ingot/wafer/cell/module technology, with knowledge on Solar system preferred- Great communication skills and detail oriented. Proactive and can-do attitude- Quick learner and apply learning to job functions- Science or engineering degree with 3-5 years working experience in Solar or other related industry- Travel to customer or project site as needed
