LONGi Group is a vertically integrated solar market leader. It is the world's largest monocrystalline solar wafer and module manufacturer. The company's technology position and financial health are highly regarded in the industry. We are currently expanding our Technical Service teams and we are looking for cornerstone talent to join our platform.
Roles and responsibility

• Provide technical support to sales team throughout sales process
• Review technical details in contract and engage customers for technical discussion
• Communicate technology and product to customers and address their technical inquiries
• Engage downstream customers with sales training, webinar, workshop etc.
• Collect voice of customer, perform field study, and document market requirements
• Handle customer warranty claims
  Qualifications
• Deep understanding on PV ingot/wafer/cell/module technology, with knowledge on Solar system design preferred
• Great communication skills and detail oriented. Proactive and can-do attitude
• Quick learner and apply learning to job functions
• Science or engineering degree with 3-5 years working experience in Solar module or other related industry
• Travel to customer or project site as needed
