Job Description Job Description Job Title: Electrical Assembler Job Description This is a swing shift position from Monday to Friday, starting at 6 AM. The role involves assembling and testing electronic assemblies to ensure they meet specified tolerances and product specifications. The position requires identifying units that fail tests or tolerance levels and making necessary repairs. Responsibilities Assemble inverters based on assembly instructions while employing high-quality practices. Solder capacitors, modify boards, assemble hardware, perform hi-pot testing of assemblies, and set frequencies. Mix and pour epoxy to pot electronic assemblies. Accurately report lot codes and frequency settings. Maintain the cleanliness of the shop and perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates. Essential Skills 1-2 years of experience in electrical assembly. Ability to read and understand wiring schematics and production guidelines. Proficiency in soldering and assembling electronic hardware. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with electrical assembly is required. No specific certifications or education are necessary. Work Environment Work in a clean warehouse setting with a current shift starting at 6 AM. The role does not currently require any overtime. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Folsom, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
