is looking to hire a customer focused New Accounts /CSR II
Representative to join their team. In this role you will be
responsible for opening new consumer and basic business accounts,
processing account transactions, and assisting clients in selecting
financial services that meet their needs. You will actively
cross-sell the Bank’s products and services, maintain and close
accounts, and perform branch clerical duties. This role is key to
promoting business for the Bank by maintaining strong client
relationships and referring clients to appropriate staff and
partners for additional services. Compliance with all Bank
policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations
is essential. Some of the responsibilities include the following
but not limited to: -Open new consumer and basic business accounts
accurately and efficiently. -Process all new account transactions
and maintain account records. -Assist clients in selecting accounts
and financial services. -Actively cross-sell Bank products and
services. -Perform branch clerical duties and support daily
operations. -Promote positive client relations and refer clients
for additional services. -Ensure compliance with Bank policies and
all applicable regulations. Ideal qualifications: -Minimum 2 years
of banking teller experience required. -Beginner experience opening
consumer accounts required; basic business account experience
preferred. -Strong customer service and communication skills.
-Ability to work cooperatively and positively with clients and team
members. -Excellent judgment and ability to handle confidential
information responsibly. -Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel,
