In your mind, any process is just waiting to get better.You've managed an accounting department in the past, and been a key player in not just leading full-stack accounting, but also improving the function.Requirements7+ years of proven accounting experience with 2+ years managing accounting.Advanced skills in accounting software (Quickbooks a plus) and MS Excel/Google Sheets.Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.High attention to detail and accuracyCoachableBS degree in accounting or financeResponsibilitiesThis includes managing month and year-end process, accounts payables and receivables, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll, treasury/budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expense variance analysis, and check runs.Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports and statements.Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
