Job Title Senior Business Analyst DigitalOnline banking Work Location San Ramon, CA (remote currently) Job Description Need a business analyst with solid expertise in Digital Online banking. Online account opening platform knowledge consumer deposits, consumer lending, mortgage, small business deposits, small business lending and commercial deposits. Should have banking domain knowledge (core banking's functional understanding) ACH Funding processes Knowledge on various Online Payment methods - e.g. paytm, Card based funding (payeezy), etc. Knowledge on KYC itemization bank's regulations on it - e.g. provided by FIS, lexis-nexis, Alloy etc. Understanding of Account ownership, person-ORG role mapping, Disclosure, add on services mapping, CDD(Customer due Diligence), KYC decisioning process, etc. Capable of building user activity business process flow diagrams workflow differentiation between Digital platform, Branch Call-Center flow. Managing requirements repository baseline documentation - Working with Requirements Managements in JIRA (User Stories creation and grooming, demo to client etc.) - detailed Use Cases with business process flows Thanks, Niranjan
